📌 Job Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage workforce delivery, and ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment and operational coordination. The role focuses on client satisfaction, account growth, and service delivery excellence.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with allocated clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
  • Oversee recruitment and workforce fulfillment requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, compliance, payroll)
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Handle queries, escalations, and operational issues
  • Support account growth and upselling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate reporting and client documentation

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience in account management or recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Good understanding of recruitment or workforce solutions
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
